Connection Support provides support for getting you connected to CADVision and resolving problems with sending and receiving e-mail through live phone support. E-mail support is provided for all other issues.

Dslhelp@cadvision.com will help you with problems concerning your DSL connection, if you have questions about:
- Slower then average speeds with your DSL connection
- Your DSL disconnecting
- Static on your voice line
- Not being able to send or recieve faxes on your DSL line.

Before you give our technicians a call, please read through these tips so that we can help you as efficiently as possible.
- Please be near your computer, with it turned on, and waiting after the initial startup.That is, no programs running, except for what it loads with.
- Have your Login ID and Password ready, along with any other relevant information you can provide us regarding your CADVision account. (Your Login ID is everything before the @cadvision.com in your e-mail address).
- The exact error message a program gives you (if the problem is software related), and which program gives you the error. Also, when does the error occur? Randomly or at a specific time or incident?
- Please have the following information ready:
- how do you dial into CADVision?
- what web browser do you use?
- what e-mail program do you use?
- Be prepared to tell us the manufacturer and model of your computer. Additional information such as how much memory (RAM) is installed in your computer and the brand and model of modem you're using will also help us help you.
- If you are using Windows 3.x, Windows 95 or 98, have your original CD-ROM or diskettes ready in case we need to install or reinstall some component of the operating system.
- If you have a modem manual, please have it ready. This manual has information such as the brand name of your modem, the baud rate (speed) of your modem, as well as commands and configurations for your modem.
- If you have a CADVision CD (or floppy disk), please have it ready
- If you are using a Macintosh, know what version of the system software you are using. You can find this information by selecting "About this Macintosh" or "About this Computer" from the Apple menu. If you do not see this option, please quit any programs you have open (by selecting Quit from the File menu) and then try again.
